Robert is the lead pastor at Bethel Community Church. He graduated with his Masters in Biblical Counseling in May of 2008 from Baptist Bible Graduate School of Theology, and the Hodges family moved to Orlando to start this church. In addition to pastoring, Robert has worked at a national bank since 2005. Robert enjoys all things Florida Gators. He also loves spending time with his family and watching his children grow and learn every day.

After graduating from Baptist Bible College in 2004 and then working with a student ministry in a Texas church, the Braymers moved to Orlando in 2009. In 2021, Jay completed his Master’s in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. At Bethel, Jay leads the worship on Sunday, and the set up and tear down teams. In addition to helping pastor, Jay is a regional director for a pharmaceutical company. Jay enjoys Cardinals baseball, Cowboys football, and a good cup of coffee.

In 2007, Bill helped plant Green Garden Baptist Church in Monee, IL. The Deitch family joined the Bethel leadership team in July 2019. At Bethel, Bill designs multimedia content, plays bass or drums with the worship team, as well as preaches and leads Community Groups. Bill also manages a team of software developers for a logistics analysis company. The Deitch family enjoys the Chicago Cubs and visiting the theme parks.

Rachele grew up in Costa Rica and speaks fluent Spanish. She graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. At Bethel, Rachele works with our ladies and children’s ministries. For many, her most important contribution is making the coffee on Sunday mornings.

Sarah received her Elementary Education degree from Baptist Bible College and her Master of Educational Administration from Lamar University. At Bethel, Sarah is responsible for scheduling our volunteers, running our social media pages, and planning our children’s ministry curriculum.

Amy served with Bill at Green Garden Baptist Church in a variety of roles for 12 years. Amy is our Bethel Cares advocate who works directly with our foster care ministry. Additionally, she teaches in our children’s ministry.
